2. Digital Content Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection laws for digital content:
- Before you start: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as you have not started using the service.
- After access: By accessing the audio tours (activating your pass or playing content), you expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
3. Refund Eligibility
We may offer refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchases.
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, where our support team cannot provide a fix.
