1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Amsterdam Mokum Tour website and app, provided by The Company Novelties ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Amsterdam Mokum Tour provides digital audio guides for Amsterdam. Access is sold as a digital pass valid for a specific period or usage limit.
3. Use of Content
All audio content, text, and images are the property of The Company Novelties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal, non-commercial tourism purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell the content.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases are final once the digital content has been accessed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on your right of withdrawal.
5. Liability
The tours are self-guided. You are responsible for your own safety while navigating the city. The Company Novelties is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using the app. Please follow local traffic rules and stay aware of your surroundings.

7. Additional Terms for iOS App Users
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you agree to the following:
- Acknowledgement: These Terms are concluded between you and The Company Novelties only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
- Maintenance: The Company Novelties is responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty: The Company Novelties is responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
- Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary.
