These are the questions travelers ask us most often.
Bought on the website. How do I unlock my tour?
Sign in with the same email, Apple, or Google login you used on the website. If your tour still looks locked, open the access screen in the app and tap “Restore access.”
Bought in the App Store. How do I restore access?
Open the access screen and tap “Restore access.” Then sign in with the same Apple, Google, or email login you used when you bought access in the app.
I can’t sign in.
If you use email, tap “Forgot password.” If you use Apple or Google, choose that same login method again.
My access ended while I was using the app.
When your time runs out, the app sends you back to the access screen so you can extend your tour right away.
I paid but the tour is still locked.
First make sure you are signed in with the same login you used for the purchase. If it still stays locked, send us your purchase email and payment reference and we’ll sort it out.
