Here are the most common questions from travelers.
Bought on the website — how do I unlock?
Sign in with the same email, Apple, or Google you used on the website. Your pass unlocks automatically. No restore needed.
Bought in the App Store — how do I restore?
Open the paywall and tap “Restore App Store purchase”. Then sign in so we can attach the pass to your account.
I can’t sign in.
For email accounts, use “Forgot password”. For Apple/Google, use the same method you used originally.
My pass expired while I was using the app.
When the timer ends, the paywall appears and you can pick a new pass right away.
I paid but I’m still locked.
Make sure you are signed in with the correct account. If it still doesn’t unlock, send us your purchase email and payment reference.
